I'd argue that porn needs to do a better job of keeping the talent they've got!

they might be aleast three or four a week, but it seem they don't release them . Why can't they put all new girls on one movie? instead of them putting them together with older face's.
I just tired seeing the same old bodyies and face's in every movie.
I bet its cheaper for the studio to hire a new face then keeping a face thats been around for year or so...
When i shop for a movie I look for complete new face's .
I bet they well make a lot more money putting all new girls on one dvd movie.....

Kidding? No way! If there were 3-4 new faces daily, maybe. But as the state of porn looks today, there are still a lot of fresh faces needed to still my thirst for new willing flesh. For a first step I hope 2003 will be twice as prolific as 2002 (true, quite a good year already)
More new faces? All I have to do is look at the new releases from any of the major studios to see a bunch of new girls every month.
And, given that the average career length for new adult performers seems to be getting shorter and shorter, a lack of new talent is not something you'll find me complaining about.
Wow, I've heard of people's fetish level increasing over time. But the need for new faces developed to such an extent that one can't stand to view any performer more than once? Yowzers.
Hi, I'll agree that we get plenty of new females every year but I wish we would start seeing new male performers. Part of the fun is seeing a spark between people in a scene and no matter how good a performer a guy like Marc Davis is watching him go at it with actress X for the 7th or 8th time just gets old. I know we will hear the same old its hard to find men who can perform on camera line and I accept that on its face but how hard do porn producers really try?...and yeah it would be nice if some of these new girls did stick around awhile and not go exclusive so quickly. Just my take. Your mileage may vary.

Yeah, I'm a bit mixed on the comment about needing to see new faces in porn. On one hand, we see Evil Angel and RLD(as well as other studios) bring in new women, and hot women at that, every week. That's awesome, b/c that's fresh blood. On the other hand, there are some of the more established pornstars who have incredible bodies, but to be honest, just can't make a good scene. I'll name off a few. What I am saying I am tired seeing the same girls in every movie though they don't do anything different or wear anything sexier. Its the same naked body.. I just want a new wave of women. I am tired seeing the same old women same old attitude. I feel like I am married to them. The same old batch of women hunts me when I go looking in the New Releases area.
Who care’s. I pay top dollars for my dvd's I would like to newer face’s. Its exciting watch a dvd move with newer face’s. It’s like opening a present and getting a BIG surprise. Women are dime a dozen, they are hundreds of thousand of very attractive woman out in the world, but It seem that the porn industry only focused around few number of attractive women.
I shook my head the first time I read your post and I'm shaking my head again. If the porn industry has anything its a lot of new female faces & bodies coming and going. I sure someone like Den has a list some where of all the new performers that came on the scene in 2002 and I'm willing to bet its pretty long. It seems that hardly a month goes by where you can't find several new girls to check out. Now if you are referring to companies like Vivid, VCA and Wicked; then your post makes a little more sense.

Max_Boot is right.
There are lots of new faces, unless you are buying from one company (like Vivid) that has contract girls.
In fact, it gets to be difficult trying to keep up with all the new ones.

You say it: We pay top dollars and dont get what we want for it. Sad is the fact that we get but a few hundred new faces out of hundred-tousands attractive women in porn per year AND most of them are presented to us naked and naked all over. IF at least the companies would dress them up well and differently from movie to movie, it would be less of a bore.
Me, I am content with half of the cast consisting of new faces. I am not bored with watching a new girl again and again provided her performance is good. But I still do need more raincoater-friendly companies and more fresh meat to go by.
A year ago I counted I would need about 150 new gals per month. A few more would do no harm, I guess. I am well willing to share my hard earned top dolars with them and their companies. Just, pleeaaaase, deliver!
