There's the small on-going negotiations on the set, I imagine (just because you're willing to do ATM doesn't mean you want to do it 23 times in 30 minutes), but that's probably it. I'm no insider, so perhaps a real insider could either confirm what I'm saying or rightfully point that I'm full of shit... (I can take it!) That said, it's simply amazing how many girls in the BTS scenes from Max Hardcore movies clearly had zero idea who he was and what he movies were like (His BTS stuff is often after-the-fact inteviews, mostly to prove the girl wasn't coerced). But I'd love to have seen some before the scene BTS stuff. I assume they knew going in that there might be anal, but I would love to see him carefully explain to them that he is going to piss in their mouth, then fuck their mouths until they vomit, then possibly use a speculum in their ass, piss on their ass, grab a tube and make them drink his piss from their ass, get slapped repeatedly, etc. That's got to be an amazingly revelatory BTS. (Not on camera, anyway.) It was more like, "Would you do this--" and she'd either do it or say no. One girl I remember undressed down to toplessness but wouldn't go farther. Many of the girls, however, did a lot more on camera. Ed said to effect that one of the points about the series was to see how far a woman would go her first time on camera. I don't know if that's what you're looking for, but it's what came to mind.
