It's just that advancements in cosmetic surgery haven't reached a level where augmented breasts or asses actually look good/real. For many fans, augmentations are still in the "Uncanny Valley". Some of us guys just prefer the shape of the breast and the ass rather than the size, so augmentation makes them look worse to us. For others, fake tits and ass are supernormal stimuli and elicit stronger feelings of desire in them. So when a pornstar or model decides to go under the knife, there will always be a split in her fanbase. But at the end of the day, it's their body.
