she might have figured she could get more money saving that for a bigger brand and bigger payday. i know multiple girls who shot for sites like excogi have said theyd wish theyd waited to do anal/dp/etc until they could have gotten paid more (i think emma rosie just mentioned it in her holly randall podcast)
Good explanation. However the moral from the producers' perspective is don't hesitate under the pretext of "if your scene does well". If she's down for a dp, that should have top priority! Maybe I'm wrong in thinking that it should have been obvious that Dharma was star material at that time (not superstar). Well it was obvious to me anyways.
And when you are saying "if your Scene is doing well" you should release the Scene not a Year after a Shoot cause when i am not wrong the Shoot was long before the Upload and then its maybe too late to get her back (or too expensive). And when i remember it right her "Career" started in 2022 and the Excogi Scene was released in 2023. But is sometimes the Problem from Steve and the Team that they dont see the Potential. Like with Blake Blossom who is One of the biggest Stars that was on Excogi and they only did that one Scene with her. Or other Girls and on the other Side they did Returns from Girls who had not a big Impact (even on Excogi) and they are only Steves Favs. And they shoot too much and sometimes they release a Scene too late or only if the Members asking for it like with the Scene from Madison Wilde. Sure its not easy too say if a Girl will be a Star or Starlet but Steve is long enough in the Biz and should now it better sometimes. Sade that they only did one Shoot with Dharma even if i dont need a Dp Scene with her but maybe a Threesome
Yes, you're right. They sat on the Dharma Jones scene forever. I remember asking for it multiple times. The Madison Wilde scene only got released because I and maybe a couple of others kept asking for it --- he said because she wasn't a genuine first timer. The whole thing with Steve is that the premise is that it's a first timer only kink niche website, but in reality he has a certain type, especially blondes like Britney, that he will bring back over and over depending on his preference. Her and Raven he brought back over and over and Dharma is a bigger star than either of them today. To be fair about Blake Blossom, I'm pretty sure they would have tried to get her back, but she skyrocketed to superstardom quickly and also was probably not interested in a bbg (and still to this day hasn't done anal for a studio). It's true it's hard to predict who will be a big star or even at least a medium star, but it's not that hard, and if a performer is willing to do a dp, obviously that will generate a ton of traffic to the site, not just in the short term because as she continues to get more notoriety, fans will continually discover and prioritize the site more.
