The stigma is certainly there, but a few pornstars have made the transition to mainstream movies, even if in far smaller scale than in normal scenarios. Most famous examples have to be Tracy Lords and Sasha Grey, the latter who actually got to work with acclaimed directors like Steven Soderburgh and got a few episodes on a hit tv show. So it's not completely impossible.
Is she retiring from porn or from shooting with companies? Will she still be shooting for her Only fans? She shot her best scene ever, IMO, with Johnny Sins on Only fans.
That's too bad, man. Maybe you caught her at a bad time? Personally, I don't want to meet anyone I like to watch on a screen, porn or otherwise. I mean, I'd rather not spoil the fantasy of the persona that I have created in my own head. Hope you have better luck next time

Wow, Shit like this is why I starting to not like fans in the porn industry. The pressure fans put on performers is ridiculous. Just like the industry, fans also need to do better.
^For one thing you took that tweet out of context since it's preceded by two that are more to the point since she is first complaining that she took too many custom request and unless I am way off then she got paid for those custom request and then she is complaining that 3 of the people who ordered customs are angry that she hasn't delivered on their custom request. Now it's possible that those people are impatient dicks who ordered a custom a few days ago with a promise from Evelyn that she would deliver it in the next couple of weeks but it's also quite possible that they have been waiting for many weeks for a custom and that Evelyn has basically been telling them that it's coming but it's not.
I think is is confusing fans with customers. Fans are demanding but that's normal and i consider it to be a boon to a performers career because the more they get requested the more it gives the performer leverage with studios and ultimately she doesn't have to give a rats ass what fans think but a customer who you accepted money from for a specific product has demands and I'm not so sure that there are all that many valid excuses for not delivering on said product. If she thinks that she is overloaded with demands then she simply has to apologize to the customer and give them their money back. Strangely I didn't see that tweet.

^ You may be right about her having fans waiting for a long time for customs. Which, if she can't keep up with demands, she should just tell fans she can't do customs for them. Also, Did she just say she was quitting porn? If she's doing dealing with this much stress from just doing Onlyfans, maybe she should quit porn fully. But I still stand by what I said about porn fans, y'all do put too much pressure on performers.
^Now maybe it's because I'm not on social media but I got to ask. How much pressure can porn fans really put on performers when the most they can do is keep asking them to do certain acts and ultimately if it's on their social media then the performer can block whichever fan she wants? Now if you want to say that porn fans can be annoying with their request then I'd say sure but I will repeat what I have already said. The day porn fans stop asking that their favorite performer do certain things is the day she has lost the interest of those fans and getting it back is much harder than gaining it.
^ haven't seen the movie and I agree she hasn't done rough scenes in my opinion. The nastiest (abusive?) I've seen her do is rim a black man's hairy ass that was also covered in some white substance (cornstarch/bozak whatever) for blacked.com.
About that tweet and also the rest of her tweets. She's seems so angry at everyone all the time. Is she okay or is this a mental breakdown?

This I actually agree with her opinion on male fans but I'm not in the porn industry or looking to get in. I know she said she retired and she's been looking to go mainstream. But it just looks like she's burning her fan base and any chance of a comeback. I know she said something about dealing with some abuse in the industry and depression from the experience. If she can't deal with the fucked up fans in this industry then best to never come back and stay retired.

I actually came to know of the movie (Pleasure) from my search for movies about the porn industry. I genuinely fell for Sofia Kappel! So Hot!! Imagine my surprise when I saw real porn industry performers and players! A very well made movie with a a more or less factual portrayal of the dark underbelly of the industry, IMO.

I liked it too and thought it showed the dark side and hardcore scene of porn well but they really only showed one side. And a lot of it now feels out of date with no talk of stuff like OnlyFans or even webcamming. Most women get their start from one of these platforms. Also, Wish the ending was more open-ended and they would have focused on other types of porn and studios. Aiden Starr was the only female director they showcased but it was for a kink.com knockoff. They had Small Hands but they couldn't get Joanna Angel in this movie? That would have been great to show a porn couple and another female director. Maybe get someone like Jacky St James to show more plot-driven and dialogue-heavy films. Have scenes of the main character trying to remember lines for her film. Also, I heard most of the pornstars and directors hated the film when they were shown it and said it put the porn industry in a bad light. Dana DeArmond said she and other actors were treated like shit and they cut their hours and scenes on set and in the movie.

I think you're somewhat right on this. Because she did at first say she was straight up retiring from porn and focused on taking mainstream movie roles. I think producers and directors pumped her head up after good reviews from "Pleasure"s international run. She noticed that the movie and TV roles weren't coming like with Chole Cherry and decided to go to OnlyFans. My belief is she really doesn't like producing porn and would love to move out of porn to the mainstream but can't because she's not getting roles or modeling gigs. The pay from OnlyFans is too good for her to just leave porn, so she feels stuck doing something she's really not into at all. And this is why I say women need to not just be into it for money alone. Her bitching about Twitch is laughable because women like Siri and Adriana Chechik are both doing great on twitch with a nice amount of viewers and an active discord. I agree a lot with her views of porn fandom but her constant bashing of porn fandom isn't going to help her gain fans.
Thing is we don't know why Chloe Cherry was chosen for Euphoria, maybe she haves some connection on HBO that Evelyn don't have. But going into show like those on HBO doesn't mean success
Peta Jensen was on True Detective i think, and that didn't changed her career.
That's the main problem, even Sasha Grey still only mostly gets roles that are sexual and/or have a lot of nudity. There has yet to be a pornstar that has fully broken into Hollywood and not just gets cast in roles that are based on their sex-appeal.

We all know why the director choose Chole Cherry, have you watched Euphoria? It's a great show and they have given Chloe Cherry more of a story than last season, where she was basically eye candy. Most likely Sam Levinson watched her porn and noticed she was looking for a part in the show.
Pornography is running out in the United States. Everything is cause for complaint... Girls who enter without any conviction or motivation other than money. Of course it is an important factor, but there has to be more than that. I miss real porn actresses! I don't spend another dollar on what they're delivering.

With a face like hers, she could have easily 400-500 scenes because of those expressive features. Not alot of people have faces that tell as much as hers does. I know because I've watched the most promising of newbies and too many just look entirely disconnected from the scene rather than expressive and fully engaged.
