My, very limited, experience of pornish girls is that they would've been pretty messed up regardless of doing porn or not. Ie they've had issues with bi-polar disorder, unhealthy drug use and so on. So while doing porn probably didn't help it's a bit hard to say it was much of a cause for their problems.
