Hey everybody big porn fan, been lurking on here for awhile and finally registered. I'm from the New Orleans area and I had a question for some of folks that make the movies. I was wondering why ya'll haven't tried any filming here in the N.O./Louisiana area. The Hollywood crews have been filming like crazy all over since Louisiana passed the lucrative tax incentives for movie production. I have seen what appears to be local guys advertising on Craigslist for talent and "investors". I'm assuming these are wanna be's, just wondering why the big dogs haven't showed up. Good to be here on the forum I'm a big fan of Chastity,
Jennifer White, and Penny Pax is my latest favorite,....whatever happened to Leah Luv she was awesome as well. Ya'll need to come check out the Big Easy if this town wasn't made for Porn I don't know what town is! The swingers convention was in town a few weeks ago and it was monumental. Get down her and rock this place.

Most filming is done in California because it is legal to film porn there. Other than California and New Hampshire porn is technically prostitution and in Michigan and Utah the fornication statutes also come into play. Luc Wylder did film an episode of Sex Across America in New Orleans about ten years ago with his wife and other known performers of that era. Brad Armstrong also filmed his film Heat in the Louisiana swamp about 10-12 years ago as well for Wicked (that movie was Stormy Daniels' debut).

FYI... Heat was filmed on a "film ranch" just outside out Los Angeles...guess that shows how great Brad Armstrong's art direction was (although you can clearly see the mountain in some of the shots behind the cabin and there are NO mountains in Louisiana)

I am sorry. It really did look like it was filmed in Louisiana -- especially that shack built over the middle of a lake. As for the mountain I must have thought it was just a hill. I guess that is why they pay Brad the big bucks over at Wicked. I wondered how Wicked got away with filming a porn flick in Louisiana without attracting the police and prosecutor's attention (last I checked porn was only legal to film in CA and NH).
Stormy, IIRC Heat was promoted as your first release. How time flies. I still have my copy on VHS tape (I guess that dates both of us).
