We simply don't have the manpower to keep up with the documentation. I suspect that many of the retailers do not either. I predict a number of them will close their doors soon instead of trying to implement this stuff. [Link]

Perhaps someone in the industry could provide a (paid) hosting service where you can post an image along with all the required image information. pennies per image; $ per month for x images; $$$ per month for unlimited images... hmmm wheels are turning. never mind, it was just gas.
