Hi Porn directors and Producers,
I am looking to be a talent scout for adult industry. I am in touch with many indian and south asian girls and women and have motivated them to work in adult industry. Most of these are either students or housewives who needs some extra cash . They are new to it and seems open to the idea of doing porn. They are not super models but are from average to pretty looking. Mostly Indian (from India) and living in the US.

Also , I would like to ask is how the demand for average looking East Indian models in the adult industry? Would it help if I try to find more women ?

If you want to become an agent you need to get licensed, bonded, probably more. First thing to do is contact an attorney and get legal advice.

I understand that. But I was told I can be talent manager and that not needs to be licencsed.

Yes , they definetely will do DP Swallow or even GB , if right compensation is given.
There are many women who would do it , its just they need trust worthy people.My wife is helping me and she would act too.
