The movie opens with Luca Damiano receiving an AVN Award in Las Vegas from Coralie for his movie Hamlet. Back in Italy he visits a porn theatre which is being closed down and he starts reminiscing about the time he spent there in his youth. The younger Luca Damiano is played by Alex Mantegna. The scenes for the movie proper are intercut by various clips of movies from Damiano (Avventure erotiX di Cappuccetto Rosso, the Decameron series, Hamlet, Erotic Adventures of Aladdin X, Erotic Adventures Of Marco Polo, Tre porcelline, ...) and the finale is the same as in Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, but instead of a compilation of kissing scenes, there is a compilation of facials. Still [NonSex]. Luca Damiano receives his AVN Award not just from Coralie, but also from Dalila and David Chryso. The girl in scene 5 (and 6, see below) is called Claudia.
