Wow the twitter feud is exploding.Cherie Deville,Dakota Skye and a couple more have joined the side of Riley,Jada,Dani Daniels. It seems Remy had a fallout and she is still reacting or overreacting to it.The other stars want to move on and the neutral stars are supporting the 3 stars who want to move on.Remy feels very strongly about this but her views, justified or unjustified they may be, are not shared by others and they dont appreciate the public insults.It would be in the best interest of all the these stars to move on but it doesn't look good for Remy if more and more stars are joining the other side. Still it the end it doesnt affect my views too much.I judge the on-screen performance of these stars and everything else outside is insignificant in comparison.Still Remy,Riley,Cherie and Dakota are in the top 10 of my favourite performers and it is definetly intriguing what's going on. But this not small-time anymore and if the feud is extending then it will be difficult for these stars to work with Remy again.That could lead to an earlier retirement,since those are big-hitters and she is considering a retirement anyway.It would be an unfortunate finale for such an amazing performer such as Remy.In her scenes you always felt that she is giving everything and her passion felt always very sincere.

^ Being the biggest teen/tween star is different to being the biggest milf star.Riley is very well suited to her current role.The popular attributes in a teen/tween role are different to the popular attributes one looks for in a mature star. 10 years is a long time.Not every one has the passion to go on for that long.Riley is already iconic,we don't have to look that far ahead.Mainstream popularity like Lisa Ann,Mia Khalifa,Sasha Grey,maybe even Sunny Leone have is difficult to plan or predict.Other factors such as timing or even luck play also a role. If for example the new show "The Sex Factor" was shown on mainstream television then I could have imagined that Tori,Lexi,Remy and co would have gained a bigger following outside the adult entertainment industry.Lisa Ann became big in mainstream after she played the role of Sarah Palin.You cannot plan those things.Riley doesn't need to be sitting besides Simon Cowell to become a legend among fans.

The biggest porn stars of all time so far have not been starring in Hollywood movies. A few bit parts for Traci Lords or a few other women is not what you are saying. You got to remember, this is still a culture that freaks out of a nipple on television and famous women get trashed all the time for even the most minimal of sexual escapades. Female reporters get absolutely thrashed just if they happen to have their photo taken nude somewhere by accident. I think we are a long way to go before any hollywood studio is offering a former porn performer a starring role in a mainstream movie. Katie Morgan appeared in a "serious" role in Zack and Mira Make a Porno (the same movie had Traci Lords aka as Bubbles). Lexington Steele did a great guest starring role in the TV series Weeds. I recall him having the runs after one of the main characters served the porn crew bad food hahaha. And then there's Ron Jeremy.
^ Ron Jeremy had bit parts. In the instances with Katie and Lex, those were specifically about the porn industry, and because of that they used a porn actor in the proceedings (The Weeds storyline was about one of the male characters in the show getting in to porn). If you want to bring up an example of a performer getting a legitimate, non-porn related mainstream part, then the best recent example is still Sasha Grey in The Girlfriend Experience. And even that was still about sex work, just a different area of it.

Unless I misunderstood the person's comment; I took it that he was referring to major roles in a long term hollywood career. Katie played a porn girl in that movie and did really well; however, she is not flooded with hollywood offers. Lex and Ron and the like just got bit parts. Porn people can get bit parts, however I didn't think that is what the person was talking about. Anyways, a full time hollywood career post porn is something I would love to see; however, we are a long long way from that kind of acceptance. It is unfortunate because I can probably pick a half dozen porn girls that would do better jobs as Bond Girls (just one random example) than some of the women they have picked over the years. Lisa Ann might pull it off one day; she has that fantasy sports podcast deal and perhaps it will get her some more main stream acceptance.
