1-I don't believe that it has ever been a moderately popular fetish so the overall amount of willing to pay for it fans is and always quite small. 2-Getting women that are visibly pregnant is and always was quite hard to do so the pool of available talent is almost nil and therefore even if it was something that was popular(chihc I don't think it is) then it would still be relegated to a fringe fetish simply because there are few pregnant women willing to have porn sex for financial remuneration.
