With the more liberal administration and the good riddance of all the "jesus told me" people in Washington, isn't it time for someone to try an American fisting movie. As for community standards, one could counter with the rapid decrease of church attendance, not to mention malicious prosecution in an era when both govt and the public are fucked financially. Besides, if it is okay put 2 (sometimes 3) cocks in a pussy - not to mention baseball bats, zucchinis and dildos the size of prosthetic legs, why isn't a little hand? (btw, not a big fan of ass fisting) So raise your hands and be counted, fist fans! Producers, damn the torpedoes - full speed ahead. Irish Caraway

Pussy fisting just isn't that big a deal. G/G might be interesting, but manhands would creep me out. Anal fisting would be a big seller.
What's funny is that there have been well-known sites where fisting is prevalent for years that are presumably run by Americans and haven't had any troubles that I know about. I don't know why fisting is such a no-no relative to ther things out there. It's no worse than a lot of things.
Well if you look at today's announcement that Extreme Associates has plead guilty, it hardly looks like the new Prez is going easier. It's his DOJ that's taking the plea. Explain that one all you Messiah lovers.
^Easy to explain: The Messiah (as you call him) has about 6 million MORE IMPORTANT things to worry about than fisting. As much a I love porn, I love my country more, and prefer that attention be focused on the economy, foreign policy, and healthcare, among other key issues. If the administration slacks off on what are perceived injustices to the porn industry and fans, I think I can live with it.
And on that fateful day, the hatred consumed me... 1423 Posts 3/09

Such a wonderful thread title. It is truly a new age for you Americans - you have now, what comes across as the finest president and politician I've ever seen (certainly the best orator) in charge. Granted, he has a lot of work to do, as he inherited a sack of shit, but for example, I'd trust him with the bail-out plan much more than I would from our politicians in the UK. But I'd say that things are looking up for you guys (and consequently the world, as your government's actions affect other nations). And yes, there is definitely hope for... AN AMERICAN FISTING MOVIE!!! I could just imagine that being mentioned in the inauguration speech; would've made everyone so proud - bring tears of joy to the eyes of the world.
Nope it is DEFINITELY NOT time for fisting in USA productions -- the defunct Extreme Associates just had to plead guilty to avoid trial that they thought they would lose despite all the years of posturing http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS206630+11-Mar-2009+PRN20090311 This more than last year's obscenity conviction of vanilla multiple penetration says that the USA is STILL the land of the prudes more than anything else over those who keep saying porn either actually already is or is getting more "mainstream".
This prosecution was done under the auspices of the Bush administration. They were not going to abandon everything that they were working on as soon as inauguration day hit. The curiosity will be what NEW prosecutions are made. Irish
OK, here's the drill. EA gets charged under Bush et al. Obama comes in and likely takes the position "we don't want to pursue this case, but we can't simply drop it." So they offer a lenient plea deal to EA. EA says "we're guilty" and gets a slap on the wrist while the gov't can claim that they successfully prosecuted the case. Everyone's happy. :^) Is that rocket science?
Don't lube that thumb up just yet! Obama's AG, Eric Holder, has questionable views when it comes to obscenity prosecution. He also has a disturbing history of cozying up to far-right groups like Morality In Media. The GOP is already trying to pin every liberal slur they can on the Obama Whithouse. I'd expect the administration to steer a pretty moderate course when it comes to issues like obscenity. As most of you have said, Obama has bigger fish to fry. I'm sure he wont mind sacrificing a few Staglianos to the conservative mob if it'll get them off his ass long enough to fix the economy.

Eli Cross has released a film with fisting in it. And he made it in the USA.

A lot of conservative types oppose Obama's choice for Deputy AG, David Ogden, who was also a part of Janet Reno's DOJ under Clinton: "WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today expressed his strong opposition to the nomination of David Ogden to be United States Deputy Attorney General. In a speech on the Senate Floor, Sen. Inhofe outlined his opposition, noting that David Ogden has repeatedly represented the pornography industry and its interests, and supports using taxpayer money to fund abortions." (March 11, 2009; [ invalid url ])
^I was somewhat dismayed by the appointment of Holder--especially given his anti-"obscenity" rantings from the distant past... But... The choice of Ogden went a long way to re-affirm my belief that Obama won't be another Bush on "obscenity" and will likely just leave the adult industry alone (or perhaps--???--help it via court appointments, even if indirectly)...

^ If Holder hasn't changed much since 1998, then it should be interesting to see what will happen. Assuming for the moment that both Obama and Ogden oppose obscenity (and that's not a given for Obama), how much could Holder accomplish?
^I'm hoping that Holder has changed his mind over the years... or, better, was simply pandering back then... and that he will do nothing bad. OR... that he will be told to do something else instead... I am cautiously optimistic...though not jumping for joy...
