Regarding the subject of shooting new girls vs. more veteran performers like Monica Sweetheart and Crystal Ray: I say keep an open mind and use your best judgement, but don't make either a "policy". Girls like Monica always have value because they are beautiful and they are great performers. Also, think about the long term value of your product and whether the cast you're putting together today will add value to that product 2 or 3 years from now. If you're shooting 90 percent new girls you can't count on good performances, you can't count on fan appeal, you're going to have a tough time getting the girls to do anal and other nasty things, and you can't count on the girls sticking around long enough to develop name recognition that will make your product valuable several years down the road. Jules Jordan gets criticized for using the same girls over and over again. Well, that's true, he definitely does that. But, how many Jules Jordan titles do you see on ADT bargain watch vs. Red Light titles? His girls are generally a little more "used" than some other directors, but two years after say, Flesh Hunter, is released, the consumer can look at the cast list and see some recognizable names and put that together with Jules Jordan quality, and see some pretty good value.
On the other hand, new talent drives the business, no doubt about it, which is why I say keep an open mind about both types of talent.
Also, I think your "no fake boob" policy is silly. There are some really hot girls out there with fake tits that you guys are missing out on. You should just judge each girl on her own merits.

As for the "new girl vs veteran star" issue is concerned, I would rather see a hot veteran star that is a true sex maniac and gives us great scenes every time, than a girl that does a few scenes just to make a few bucks. I think really great pornstars only get better with time. When they first start out, it is probably hard for them to enjoy themselves. After they get settled in for a while, they really give us smokin scenes. If you watch earlier scenes from Monica Sweetheart, Elizabeth Del Mar, and Brooke Balentyne, you will see that there very early stuff just doesn't compare to there later scenes.

A)INTERNAL CUMSHOTS ARE ALWAYS A MISTAKE The cumshot is probably the most important part of a scene. There is something about actually seeing the cum shooting out of the guy's dick that cannot be replaced by any gimmick. For example, a while back a bought another RLD vid named Choc Full of Nut.
