It's been 15 days, still waiting...
I'll wait one more week, then I call my credit card.

Poor customer service, No response to multiple emails about incomplete order. Order was destroyed & sent out again, promise 11 free for the inconvienence, never happened. Still no word on the completion of my order.
My advice: Buyer Beware!

ROFL!
Okay... I have had dealings with them before and what a joke! Let me just show you this. This is Flixes on eBay.....Look at their horrid feedback! They run over 100 negative feedbacks per month and almost that many neutrals as well! Here is the link

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=ebdeals2004&item=&ssPageName=STRK:ME:UFS

If you want to deal with honest sellers on eBay, I suggest you try out this company. They are honest, have quick delivery and a huge selection. If you need them to ship internationally, just email them.

http://cgi3.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=urdvdstore

If you have never shopped the mature section of eBay, you will have to get ID verified first then got to their store.

Have a good one!

Or you could just order from one of the many established companies here on ADT who won't screw you around..

I never received the dvd i ordered. I got two copies of the free crappy one that came with it, but not the one i actually paid for.

They apparently do not respond to emails (multiple emails to be more exact) and you might as well not even try calling the 800 number or even the long distance number, because no matter what day/time you call, you won't get anyone to answer. In fact, their system will hang up on your.

If you bought from them, I would suggest disputing the charge with your credit card company, and stay away from them in the future.

I do recommend adultdvdclearance.com though. Never had a problem with them.

The following is the dialogue between this supposed "Andy" and I about order 447XXXX which was placed on 8/19/2007. To this day, I still have not received any or part of this order. After reading the posts on this site and RipOffReport.com, I'm starting to doubt if I EVER WILL receive it.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions of a reputable Adult DVD site that sells packs? Thank you kindly in advance.

Hi there, hmmm... the customer who did that was really upset. If the same thing happened to me I will be upset too. You want "inside report" This is what I am going to tell you... To be honest, I am new here. I've been here for about 2 months. But I tell you, People in the company try to do their very best to give the customer's what they have paid for. I am no spring chicken, and I know that my boss may not even read this email because of the volume that we are getting each day. But Im telling you that we will take care of this issue. It is our dedication to give your moneys worth, I am so sorry if our transaction with you did not go as smooth. But you can read other people commending the fast and efficient transaction that we had with them. Rest assured that I personally follow up on customer's complaints that come in the email department. If you'll call us just give them the information that the rep will ask for and he will take care of it for you... Again, I apologize about this. Thank you for your patience. We'll be expecting your call.

On march the 8th I payed for an ebay auction won from Super DVD Mart, For a 100 DVDS mixed! I had planned on reselling these at flea market, but never got.
On March the 18th, I started sending emails requesting tracking number for my order. Merica a clerk replied with 3 invalid tracking numbers. Finally after 3 weeks of purchase, I looked them up and called them. Finally got an answer after a week of calling, they gave me a tracking number that said it was shipped on March 13th. So I gave another week, to see if I'll receive the package but never received.
So on April the 3rd, I had enough and started calling this company every day requesting a refund. Each time I called they indicated my refund was issued, but it wasn't. Today is May the 8th, two months sense I've purchased these DVDs. I've still havn't gotten the DVDs or A Refund.
I've talked to about 6 diffrent people, and this company does nothing but lie.
Yesterday I talked to Merica again, and she claimed by refund was issued again yesterday. I ask for a confirmation number, she gave me a 12 digit number. I ask her why everyone keep lieing to me, she hung up the phone on me. Everytime I call they hang up the phone.
Still No Refund Or DVDs As Of Today May 8th. This company is rude and needs to be shutdown.

I did call to talk to you, Andy, about the issue. It seems, however, that you were never at the "office" today. it also seems that your co-workers were a little puzzled when I mentioned the name "Andy". What is going on over there? Why is the staff talking to me in circles and not giving me any straight answers about this order?

Hi Andy,

Are you sure this is a valid tracking number? The USPS website only shows "This tracking number has been electronically entered." It does not display where the package is and when it was actually shipped.

I still have not received my order and I'm starting to get a little a worried.

Hi again,

Yesterday I was told by a young lady answering your phones that my order would be shipped yesterday and that I would get a shipping confirmation email by yesterday afternoon. However, not only does it appear that my DVDs were not shipped, but I never received a confirmation email. What is going on over there?! Why would your receptionist blatantly lie to me just to rush me off the phone?!

This is the second email I've sent, so hopefully you'll respond to this one since you did not reply to my first email. I was hoping to start a lasting business relationship with your company, but because of the lack of customer service on your end, I'm getting a little worried.

Please do not just simply ignore this email like the last one and let me know what EXACTLY is going on with this order.

Thank you.

Hello SuperDVD Mart,
I was just checking on the status of my order. Has it been shipped yet? Please let me know if and when my order was shipped.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Kirsten
