1) I don't know about that. So I can't answer your first question.

2) That depends on when the original source tape was filmed, the producers of the DVDs can only work with what they are giving. So the older footage may look not as clear as newly shot films in digital.

3) The Fetish Menu on Evil Angel is basically a list of sexual acts you would like to see. Examples: anal, blow job, cumshot, tease, etc...This allows you to jump to a specific action that you may want to see. (It jumps to that point on the disc and plays that part.)
