Although I've seen a few porn videos here and there, I really don't know very much about different porn stars, etc., aside from Jenna Jameson, Traci Lords, Seka, etc.

I recently saw some pictures of Aria Giovanni in a newsgroup, and she blew my mind. I thought to myself, I've got to see her on DVD. I checked out fivestardvd, and the people that reviewed it didn't like it very much, so I passed.

Given that I liked Aria Giovanni's look, and that I'm not crazy about women who look too surgically enhanced, who are some other porn stars that I might want to look into?

I would definitely recommend checking out Tera Patrick if you want a woman with a similar type body. I just recently watched that dvd with Aria and while I agree she has an awesome body it will be much more enjoyable to watch her when she does a regular type movie. Tera Patrick has a great natural body with bigger than normal breasts but not huge by any means. They are perfect for her body type and she has done some fine movies. I would recommend My Plaything Tera Patrick for a great introduction to her where you get to see her body a lot and in a very clear picture. You also may want to check out Sex Island where Tera has a couple of nice scenes. There is a new release out on vhs now featuring Tera called Island Fever which will be coming out on dvd in a couple of weeks so that one will be worth checking out. Hope this helps because Tera is a very beautiful woman just like Aria, Tera just has done some harder movies than Aria has at this stage of her career.

I think that a "full-figured" girl like Aria is a refreshing look in porn. She looks as good in the video as she does in real life (she was signing autographs at the Studio A booth during January's AVN Adult Entertainment Expo convention). If you follow the above link, you will get a candid photo of her. She looks especially glamorous in her Suze pictures which are usually posted all over the net.

I think Aria Giovanni is hot as hell! Her body is really awesome, and some of the pictures I've downloaded from Tommy's Bookmarks of her are great. By the way, I like seeing Inari Vachs with her glasses on, she looks sexy. I love when some girls have modest or intellectual glasses on. Doesn't work for everyone, but sometimes it give an additional appeal.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I stopped by a couple of the local adult video stores with my girlfriend after work, but they really didn't have a lot of major titles. It was weird. It seemed like the 2 stores I went to carried mostly miscellaneous hardcore compilations without a lot of the major stars, and none of the classics were carried either. One place had three really sullen-looking women behind the counter (which is on this platform so that they're heads are practically touching the ceiling) that weren't much help, and seemed to have no idea who any of the people were that I was looking for. I don't see how these guys are going to compete with the internet, but what do I know?

Anyway, I ended up placing an order online, and since I'm on a budget, I opted for mostly cheaper titles. I picked up My Plaything: Tera Patrick (per bono-ONE's suggestion), Sex Island, Boogie Now (this will probably be bad, but I figured I'd give it a try), and Made In Japan (which I'm also not expecting too much from).

A lot of adult brick and mortar stores have very little information at their disposal when making purchasing decisions. Compilations are usually cheaper than features so they snatch them up and put 'em on the shelf.
