I think you need to formulate a decent business plan. It all seems a bit hit and miss at the moment. You're taking advice from the people who you hope will subscribe, which is fine, but you don't seem to have worked out how best to profit from your site. Do you want to run it for fun? If so, have you taken into account the overheads? If you want to run it for profit have you worked out the outlay you need to spend in order to get the new content you need to satisfy subscibers? If you've worked out the outlay, have you factored in your overheads and how much profit that will leave you with? Now you know what people are willing to pay, have you worked backwards to find out whether you can sustain your new content with the income you'll have? Have you accounted for the fees associated with subscribers (credit card processing etc). If you're working on a 'loss-leader' model have you worked out how much it will take to bring you back into the black, never mind into profit? Just thoughts!

The Evilone is me when i was a fan and not creating scenes... however there are a few other guys who help maintain swallowguide... i am the main guy though

Great idea. It's about time someone focused exclusively on the joys of copious amounts of sperm in a woman's mouth. Were it not for Brandon Iron, we cim devotees would be lost in the wilderness. I didn't read everything in this thread. I quit about 2/3 down the first page, so maybe things have changed. I WOULD in fact pay $9 per seen for a few scenes I can think of. I don't mind paying a premium for something that appeals specifically to my taste and is well produced. The problem is that I HAVE PAID plenty of money over time for junk scenes that aren't worth 9 cents. So, I would never actually pay the FIRST $9. I will never find out if your scenes are worth the price because I'm never going to pony up $9 for a single scene I might hate. But there are plenty of scenes IN MY MIND that I would pay much more than $9 for if they existed.
