Newbies to Look for in 2005

-Kelly- Senior Member 2517 Posts 5/03	Posted - Dec 26 2004 : 11:18AM Hey, how's it going, This past year I fell hard in lust with newbies Jessica Sweet, Eva Angelina, Vanilla Skye, Tyla Wynn, etc., and rejoiced at the major emergences of '02/'03 newbies Missy Monroe, Haley Paige, Katin, Katja Kassin, Roxy Jezel, Lucy Thai (i fell out of lust with her though), and Jennifer Luv. I also enjoyed looking at the likes of Sammie Rhodes, Randi Wright, Alex Devine, and Ava Ramone and was pleasantly surprised by the enthusiastic returns of Lola and Rayveness. So, what newbies do I think will make a splash in 2005, whether I personally find them attractive or not? Or which '04 newbies will be even bigger in '05? Avy Lee Roth- Right now, I like watching her but do not necessarily enjoy it. However, recent scenes are showing her maturation as a performer. Due to that, I think she might be a Roxy or Katin type, having an explosive '05 after an '04 spent largely getting used to performing on camera. Brooklyn Nights-Unfortunately, I need to put an asterick next to this name. Why? Well, despite how sexy and physically flawless the petite Brooklyn is she is condom-only. Will she be big in '05 as long as that stays the same? No. But damnit she's hot enough that she should be. Dylan Childs (aka Aidan Layne)-She does a bonus scene in one Jules Jordan dvd and next thing you know we have multiple threads raving about how hot she is and requesting more info. (Didn't anyone see Teens with Tits 2* ?) Due to that reaction, I think it is a slamdunk that Dylan is going to be big in '05 if she sticks around long enough. Eva Angelina-She's been an amazing performer since day 1, instantly showing enthusiasm that reminds one of the classicly lauded lust displayed by the legendary Jeanna Fine. She has implants now, though. That might be a deterrent. Then again, it might propell her even further. With her peculiar re-commitment to her craft in response to the tragedy that befell her personal life recently, her scenes in the new year promise to be scorchers. Isabel Ice-Is she physically perfect? No. Is she the hottest girl on this list? No. But have you seen her in action? She torhes the screen every time she graces it with her presence. SHe's due back in January. Let's hope she puts in a couple of strong months of filming in '05. Jasmine Byrne-With a face that vagueley reminds one of early Jennifer Lopez, Jasmine promises to be a big gonzo girl in the new year. Does she have what it takes to rise above being pigeonholed as ethnic-gonzo-girl-willing-to-do-anal-and-DP that Chanel Chavez and Chiquita Lopez were saddled with? Time will tell. Keri Sable-I am a bit worried about her jump from first anal to first DP. Traditionally speaking, that is a very dumb move unless you are just looking to cash in and run. However, you all seem to love her so I expect her to be big in the new year. Melissa Lauren-Will she look just as hot and just as nasty with her new hair color? There is recent precedent for girls exploding on the scene after changing hair colors (Haley Paige and Katin). Nadia Styles-With her first anal upcoming in '05 for Van Styles' harder-edged offshoot of the Barely Legal series, maybe some of you will see just how hot a performer Nadia is. THe only 04 newbie more energetic than her was Eva Agenlina in my book. However, Fayner mentioned something about Nadia signing a contract with Hustler. Wonder what's going on there. Penny Flame-Penny Flame b/g! Will she become somewhat irrelevent like Nikki Lorren did when she made the b/g jump last year or will she rise to even greater heights? I don't think I am going out on a limb by saying that she is probably one of the few slamdunk choices on this list. Fayner hates her but judging by her KSEX appearance she seems to really have a head on her shoulders. Piper Austin-Overshadowed somewhat by her fellow LaDirect girl Penny, Piper is also a g/g only vet making the b/g jump for the new year. Her pictures at LADirect do her a disservice, as she is far more attractive than that. I just saw her at backseatbangers.com. She was good, if still obviously a bit new to things (unsure of where to look..at the guy or into the camera). However, by the end of 2005 I expect to have an impressive selection of scenes of her's in my collection. I'll start with Jonni Darkko's Boog Bangers (1/24). Based on the amazingly cold reaction I have gotten here over the past couple of months whenever I tried to start a discussion about Piper, I imagine I am probably alone (or close to it) on this selection. Tori Lane-Eh, she doesn't do anything for me but in spite of her implants I think with her new decision to do anal she might have a decent batch of scenes in the new year that a lot of you will love. Vanilla Skye-She looked like crap when she died her brunette hair black but now it is back to a shade closer to her original hair. She is really into her scenes everytime I see her. Veronica Fox- She is a cute college-girl type brunette with a far-too-rarely-seen sexy short hairdo. On top of that, she has a spectacular body, especially her natural breasts. She is in New Sensation's upcoming Stuffin' Young Muffins 3 *I would have put Jennifer Luv on this list as she was building up in energy so quickly over the past couple of months that I was really expecting her to have a huge '05 but with her LADirect page vanishing and no other agency I know of popping up a page of her I am afraid she might be on a break or, worse yet, gone entirely. She seems to have really slowed down recently, though. Madison Monroe and Audrey Hollander-Are these girls still active? Nikki Lorren-Her LaDirect page has been gone for quite some time and I do not see anything on the horizon with her name in the cast. Looks to me like she's already taken the train out of town. She was really frustrating to watch this year. In one scene, she would be great and then she'd turn around and pretty much phone it in on her next scene. Poppy Morgan-Like Vanilla Skye and Nadia Styles, Poppy seems to have somehow flown under the radar. However, she is really sexy and great in front of the camera. So, I would not be surprised if she breaks out in '05. Paige Turner-AC Cream had it right. I don't care what act she is doing. I'd just love her to look like she is truly enjoying whatever she is doing on camera for a change. Christie Lee-AC Cream had it wrong. Skronker had it right. Christie's situation is about as ideal as you can expect from a girl in the age of gonzo. I don't think she is going too far too soon. We all have girls we are looking forward to in the new year and it is nice for all of us to share names. However, there will surely be new or returning girls, like Lee Ann in '04, this year who just come out of nowhere. Oren- We are agreed on this: Avy Lee and Vanilla could become very popular over the course of the new year. I didn't know that Daisy or Alura Eden were back. Cool. Croy- Even Taylor St. Claire wishes she hadn't gone as far as she did. So, I don't want to see Penny go crazy. I am just stoked to see her in b/g...period. Anal and DP and all the other things Taylor did eventually, in large part because she very truly enjoyed doing it, will come with time or it won't. I recognized the name and immediately remembered that there used to be a girl who went by Lee a couple of years back. Once I saw Lee Ann, I sort of recognized the face. I had to look her up to really be reminded of why she looked familiar. Paige Turner slimmed down? What are we talking about here, becase if anyone remembers what she looked like in her earliest scenes, such as Breakin Em In 6 , you would see that she has already slimmed down considerably in her brief career in some way similar to the way Alex Devine has. I haven't seen her absolutely newest stuff so I was kind of worried that she had lost even more weight, forming a mental image of the frighteningly thin Mirage. Glad that's cleared up. This is really just a crapshoot. I only posted my initial message in this thread a couple of weeks ago. Now, two of the girls I mentioned as ones to watch for 2005 might be done and gone. Brooklyn Nights and Piper Austin's pages at LADirect's website are no longer on the main page. As of this writing, the links still work but if you went to LA Direct's site looking to book a girl Brooklyn and Piper are not on the main list.
