I think it's more like some performers willingly take the (I assume substantial) paycheck while already half on their way out, e.g. Eva Lovia (in the showcase 'case'), or Ash Hollywood. She hasn't shot much since (especially no anal). On the other hand, Riley (Reid) is going strong as ever (if not stronger), no winding down in the production rate for Lana (at least nothing for which Lansky can be made responsible). The Kendra Sunderland deal is a bit different, the only BG scenes she shot all were with Lansky and she mentioned she wouldn't do them for anyone else. Carter Cruise's showcase was also mostly while she was focusing on getting out (and doing her DJing and stuff). [Link]
