Sorry but for me it is hard to compare Victoria June to Nicollette. 2 completely different types
Would not describe her as meh at all but would like to see her move away from Brazzers now and start shooting some different stuff including anal obviously. ^I'm just going to throw this out to see if you and others agree with me. I don't find her to be a very good actress but she is by no means the only performer to be mediocre and the kind of scenarios that she has played aren't greatly affected by her less than stellar acting but they are if her sexual performance is also mediocre and this may be Nicolette's Achille's heel. She is a mediocre sexual performer. I'm not a fan of the fake moaning or the fake look of enjoyment but those two things have less to do with her and more to do with the person producing the scene because it's his or her job to have a run through of each portion of the sex scene and stop the scene if the performer goes overboard. Normally studios can be forgiven for having a few scene where she goes overboard but since she has only worked for Brazzer/Mindgeek owned companies than they should be more than aware of Nicolette's propensity to go overboard and fix them during production. That said is it possible that her height of nearly 6 feet greatly limit the kind of positions she can take in the scene and especially during the sex portion of the scene? Is it also possible that her rather large implants compound the problem and is it also possible that her lip injections add to the problem?
The 2 minute caption on twitter of her interview with Naked News is just a snippet of the whole interview so who knows what she said in the rest of it. But like with her interview with VR Hush, she says that she wants to and will do anal, but she wants it to be at the right time. She wants to have a long career, a long shelf life in porn, therefore she wants to take her progression slow and steady which is fair enough. I do think it would be beneficial for her if she ended her contract with mindgeek though, because like so many people who have commented on here already, her scenes are getting dull and repetitive. Potentially this women could go down as 1 of the all time greats, hopefully in the months and years to come she will fulfill this potential.
Normally mindgeek contracts run for 6 months and then the performer will have the option of whether or not they want to renew it. That contract must be coming up for renewal with Nicolette, and if it is, hopefully her and mindgeek will part ways. They've helped to get her name in lights within the adult industry, now I feel she needs to start shooting for more expressive and daring companies such as Jules Jordan and Evil Angel.

I will agree that the producers and directors of her scenes aren't doing her any favors but she does have some control over how she is presented and how she reacts in a scene. I think she's happy to do a by the numbers scene time after time and run the gamut of emotions from A to B. As to her height being a problem: maybe, but other tall stars such as Lauren Phillips, Elena Koshka, Annette Schwarz, and Holly Michaels (to name a few) don't seem to have a problem doing various positions and mixing up their styles of fucking. I was very excited by Nicolette when she first started but I feel like I've seen her do everything that she WANTS to do. Maybe if popularity wanes she'll start to shake things up. I can hope.
Interesting to see that Nicolette hasn't been nominated for any XBIZ Awards. Is this because she's still fairly new to the industry or because her scenes are dull and too similar to one another.
Normally I would agree with you but I think that this time it's a little more complicated because Nicolette has basically only worked for Mindgeek. Maybe nobody said anything because she is more or less a contract star for Mindgeek and nobody wanted to annoy her. It's also possible that the people who produce Brazzer videos aren't very good at producing porn and they just don't realise that the fake moaning is not stimulating. Granted she isn't the only very tall performer. Yiu named quite a few of them but she is the only one of these with large implants. That has to affect the way she can move. In the end you and I agree that whatever we hoped from Nicolette when she first broke into the industry. She has not met our expectations. In fact I think it's safe to say that she has been more of a disappointment than anything else.
I've heard her say a few times that she wants to stay in the industry for a long time, but if she wants to be successful she needs to detach herself from Mindgeek and sign up to an agency such as Spieger girls. I don't see this happening though because she comes across as very independent (her own boss), and also she puts a lot of time into her escort work.
^She could start to do anal and dp for every company and it wouldn't change anything to her appeal because if you have read some of the more recent comments then you know that many people think that she is not a very good performer. In fact the consensus is that she pretty bad. She doesn't even need to start doing anal now to be more popular. She only needs to learn how to be a better performer. Of course that implies that she can improve on that front.
I don't think she's a bad performer at all, I love all the over the top dirty talk. She's not one of those girls that just say "oh my god, oh fuck" all the way through the scene, she actually says nasty stuff. She's also not someone who spends the whole scene gasping, screaming and hyperventilating as if they are having a constant 30 min orgasm from the second a dick goes near them. I'll admit she's not the best actress in the world during the story part of the scene but Brazzers don't exactly put too much effort in on that side of things. I think anal would freshen things up a bit and ultimately it would be good to see her in different types of scenes or just pure gonzo stuff for the likes of Evil Angel.
