She looks so familiar, but I can't think of the name. Do you have any idea of whether she's Euro or American? Any idea of how old the photo is? Do you have a bigger photo?

I don't think it's Carmel Moore.

unfortunately, it's the only pic I've got but I've seen her somewhere else but can't remember. I believe she's american. I checked carmel moore and it's not the same girl but thanks for the help
