I figured it was a decent possibility with her, since she was still somewhat involved in the industry and was still hot. Granted, she did retire in the early 90s, but when she started in the biz she was still a teenager and when she retired she was barely into her 20s. Now, she should barely be into her 30s. Judging from what they talk about in the video chat, I imagine it is from a couple of years when she would have been at AEE to promote her voice-over work in anime. However, she looks amazing in it and we have little reason to believe that she looks much different now. That all said, I will try to refrain from really getting excited until Janay gets back to the board and announces whether or not it can be regarded as more than a rumor. I figure it's worth reviving since this rumor should now be confirmed as fact or fiction. I would be extremely surprised if this were to ever happen. Let me add that my first post ever mentions Nikki as an all time favorite. I had a wild hair back in 2000 and managed to see her on three different occasions while she was dancing. I drove down to SoCal twice and then saw her in San Fran. The first time I saw her, I actually got to sit and talk to her alone before she went on stage. Later that night she allowed me to sit with her in her VIP section and watch other dancers with her while she was completely nude. It was amazing. She's very intelligent and she looked as hot as ever. As far as an IR connection, I don't know. She danced to Tupac music and both her bodyguards were black. If that means anything. [Link]

Did Janine's IR excursion create that big a spike in sales? And I think she had a lot more buzz, and is more buzzworthy, than the two you mention. [Link]

Janine's IR sexvid with Vivid must have done good sales--since they are now pushing ALL of their current Vivid Girls to go IR. You can like Vivid or hate Vivid, but one thing is for sure: they only put money into videos they believe will sell, and turn a profit. Since they're going IR in such a big way, says to me the Janine DVDs sold well. As for Devon & Jessica Jaymes (and Brittney Skye, too?), my guess is IR scenes with any/all of them in it will sell very, very well. As I said before, on the "Devon BKP" thread, I believe this is probably a done-deal, so we'll find out soon enough. [Link]

I could honestly care less about whether she did IR upon a return, not to disparage those who do though. However, I'm not holding my breath for any kind of comeback, though I look at Tiffany Mynx and do think that Nikki would probably be just as amazing though probably not nearly as nasty upon a return. As it is, the material that now comprises all of Nikki's career is plenty enjoyable. To use an example, while it'd be cool to see her working with Tom Byron again, either for one of his films or in a Vivid feature, I'm perfectly fine watching her and Byron from Still Hard to Stop. It is funny that in the interview with John she says that African American men are the best lovers, and at the time of the interview she was actually dating an African American. She doesn't really specify in the YouTube clip that this 5-part series with Jenna Jameson is actually more of her anime voice over work.
