Ahem, as the husband-in-question, you might want to have a look at Nina's anal scene with Sean Michaels in Guide to Sensual Submission. Artistic, maybe, but I wouldn't call it cute.
And as for "those days" being over, evidently not. She's shooting two scenes with Belladonna for Bella's line in April.

well, it seems that Mr. Hartley is making some veiled attempt here to say that there will be something new on the horizon with his lovely young wife, but I would hardly say that we would be treat to anything that special.
as I said in my previous post, unless something different has happened that most of us don't know about, Belladonna only does GIRL-GIRL scenes now. I fully respect Bella and would worship at her temple if there was one, but even she can't pull off an anal girl-girl scene that well.
I'm more with Darth-Morpheous on this one. while it would be great to see her in a WOAD film or something to that affect, just saving all that energy for her own Darkside of Nina Hartley film where she gets crazy nasty would be amazing!

how about the next WOAD film, Jules? I think that one would be better. with her on the cover in some luscious ass outfit
unforunately, I don't ever think it will happen. she'd have to be directed by you, and not her husband. it wouldn't be some cute little instructional video that she's been doing the past ten years. she wouldn't want her legtimate credentials as a sexual instructor or teacher to go up in smoke. plus you'd probably want to do the honors yourself or have another one of the regular guys you use do it. this wouldn't bode well for her because she enjoys using Evan Stone and other guys with long hair like it's still the '80s.

Not to get too far off topic, but Jules shooting "first-timers" is another conversation that I had at AEE (with Jules). Based on the work that he did when he was with Pleasure, I don't think that anyone shoots "first-timers" better than Jules does.
Last year, I also suggested that, in the same vein, a dual (John/Jules) release of a Nudes a Poppin along with a hardcore movie featuring many of the Nudes a Poppin girls would be amazing.
Unfortunately, at AEE, Jules had some valid reasons why he doesn't want to get back into this genre (I hate when people have valid reasons to not do what I want them to do ).

or even better, line her up with a new series title, and Miss Hartley as the lead role. add in a little Tiffany Mynx as well. sort of make it like a No Man's Land: Legends edition. so there would have to be a few newbies in there as well. I think this film will bring a new level to my DVD collection

Is that an all girl series? If so, you're idea stinks. There's tonnes of lesbian footage with Nina but not 1 good anal scene. She's done a handful and from what I've seen, total wastes. They're almost always in Missionary so we don;t even see that hall of fame ass.

Nina Hartley will always have a special place in my porn-viewing heart, due to one particular scene in an old flick (Caballero or VCA) with a storyline involving gangster-types that basically hijack a diner and make the patrons do things to them and each other.
There's a scene early in the movie where Nina (in a saucy beret and scarf) is bent over a haystack in a barn by some young rangy stud, and the pop shot scene is filmed viewing her horizontally from the front, but she's bent over so far that her butt-cheeks are spread wide open; the lighting is fairly bright on her rear, and the visual of the guy popping on it is beautiful. What made the scene great, though, was it was the way she clenched her glutes together after the pop; her muscles were so strong and well developed back there she was practically able to suck the spunk into her butt just by flexing her cheeks. That, plus her engaging, totally uninhibited smile, made the scene fun, creative, and terribly erotic.
She's an icon, of course, but for good reason, IMO.

I do not make blanket statements about anything, and I'm not attacking you or your wife. I'm a HUGE fan of Nina Hartley and I'd probably turn into a puddle if I ever met her in person. I would like to see her in a big budget film though because that's where she belongs.
