| dr_hypothesis Member 47 Posts 1/00 | I just got Nineteen Vol. 25 in the mail today. I put it in and was fast forwarding through the last scene when the movie just quit on me. It goes halfway through the last scene and then just quits. There is no fingerprints, smudges, or scratches on it. It's brand new. Anyone else have this problem? Or It plays properly on other players, but on Sony's there's some hitches. Or Defective disc. Which in many cases, there's lots of problems like that. The only true way to find out is to exchange it, or rent the same copy. This is the only way. |

There is an actual problem with the replication on that DVD and 3 minutes of the last scene were accidentally left off the disc. Digital Sin is working on a replacement disc which should be ready in about 2 weeks. In the meantime, please contact our customer service staff and we will make arrangements for a refund or a replacement. |
