If she doesn't think she'd look sexy with them on, she won't feel sexy wearing them. If she's open about everything else, take her word for it and forget the damn things. Don't make an issue out of the one, single thing she says "no" to. Enjoy the hundreds of things she's said "yes" to. Another idea... she might like the time and attention you give to her breasts. She may feel short-changed if you multi-task. She might not be seeing it as multiple forms of stimulation, but rather as a way for you to shorten the time you spend worshipping her.
