Quite frankly, my guess (and it is educated) is that many many more female performers would definitely being doing girls only on screen IF they were paid as much as they are in a boy/girl scene. I don't see girls who do lez-only as copouts. I see them as exercising good taste. I won't watch girls who either don't do g/g scenes, or do very few/half-hearted g/g scenes -- regardless of how attractive they might otherwise be. Girls who only g/g scenes, on the other hand? A major turn-on for me.
IAFD isn't always accurate. A lot of their films aren't tagged at all. Not to say that would mean Taylor's numbers are way off, just saying they may have missed a few here or there. I'm guessing her and Julie Meadows would be as close as it gets. I was having a bad day.
