| scipio Senior Member 1901 Posts 2/00 | Posted - Dec 21 2006 : 8:40AM I'm a reviewer who uses the whole scale, not a 75%+ or 9+ - I know a number of other ADT reviewers also do this (though not all), as opposed to other websites who I won't name which can be obvious when they havent even watched the movie in question but still give a movie a top mark or reviewers who seem to love pretty much everything they review. Having said that, I can't afford to buy tons of discs just to review them and my review time gets committed to screeners as opposed to titles I've bought. Manhammer 1 - 4 stars (that's 80%, or a distinction) Manhammer 3 - 4 stars (that's 80%, or a distinction, again) Superwhores 2 - 3.5 stars (that's 70%, or a credit.) Having said that, if I see something I don't like (from any producer), the mark will be accordingly lower, so the producers have to be prepared for honesty from most ADT reviewers even when it's not glowing praise or blind fanboi-ism. There's a lot of review sites on the net, but I'd say this is one of the most honest, and so it can perhaps be more harsh.
