THEN, ask them if they would please transfer your membership to one of the other MindGeek family of networks (i.e. Brazzers, RealityKings, Babes, Twistys, DigitalPlayground, etc.). I strongly advise you to choose Brazzers if they will accommodate your request. This way, they get to keep your money, and you get a site that will allow you to download. #2 Now, if they don't do #1 for you, the following suggestion will go down hard with you, but it is a way to make lemonade out lemons... Periodically, about once a month, the PornPortal offers specials on many of their various MindGeek sites that will allow you to add -- for a one-time charge of $49.97 -- site(s) from the MindGeek family, that will give you access to the site(s) you purchase for as long as you maintain your original membership. These offers are usually presented in the members splash screen before you click through to the site you're going to. This will appear at the top of the page, not the offers that appear as you scroll down the splash page. I'd bet that one of these offers will be popping-up very soon as Father's Day approaches. In your case, you would still be "stuck" with MOFOs, but you could add Brazzers for only $49.97 more. DO NOT buy more than one of these discounted memberships, because when you drop MOFOs after your year is up, you will no longer have the add-on membership(s) you purchased, either.
