Over the years of watching porn and masturbating, I have trained my body such that prolonged and intensive hand job is required for me to come and that too by only me. No one else has be able to make me cum through sex, blowjob or hand job. At the end I always have to finish with my own hand. This gives the partner a feeling of inadequacy as well as me an unsatisfied feeling of making my partner happy.
Any advice on how to undo this condition?

Yes, you have to un-train yourself.
Don't wank for about a week.
Also, when you do resume, don't use a lot of force, nor any habitual things that you think you have to have (like use of a sock or a lubricant or a finger up the ass or whatever habitual things you think you have to have).
Stick with it. Eventually the lighter touch will work.
For more suggestions, google 'inhibited male orgasm' or 'retarded ejaculation'--unfortunately they've never settled on a single term to describe this situation, which is somewhat common.

Oh, yeah, also, no porn or alcohol or fetish things--NOTHING that you think you need. You need to reset your libido. After you do that, you can put those things back in the mix in a more measured or more conscious way.

^ Pieps is right. You need to desensitize yourself from porn and masturbation so that you're actually aroused and can have sex to completion when you're with a girl. If you don't stop masturbating it's going to raise red flags with the next girl you're with (e.g. "why isn't he attracted to me?") and word can travel.

I think I might have had the same problem on and off over the years but I didn't know that its a actual condition that affects other men as well. It makes sense though as there so much porn around now to masturbate over.

It isn't the porn that matters, it is your brain. Everything - and I do mean everything - that you do trains your brain in some form or fashion. People who never watch porn have problems because of associations their brains have made between sex and something else (say hello to Pavlov, boys and girls).
Fortunately, the brain is extremely malleable, so retraining it is always possible. The worst thing you can do is try to moralize about it; you'll just beat yourself up to no good purpose.
