Seriously, I was one of their customers from the beginning. Their website was terrible but the deals were good so I took a chance. The only problem I had was when my credit card was billed, it was not under anything familiar to me. At the time, someone had stolen my CC number so I took no chances and called them to be safe. Thankfully, they were able to clear the matter up.
I've probably ordered about $1000 or so in dvd's from them and had no major problems. Most of the problems people have had relate to international orders. Considering, as Drew (one who knows more about this stuff than I do) said, that such orders are far more likely to be fraudulent, I can see why Michael takes more precautions. He's providing some of the best prices online for porn so his margin is super tight. If he takes a $100 hit for each bad order, he needs to sell an extra 100 dvd's (or whatever it is). If he were to double his prices on some stuff, and charge what some companies do, he could afford to lose more to fraud.
As it is, if a store has to sell only in the USA to keep prices low-I'd be in favor of it. I'm sure it'd be a lot easier for 5 Star, Dvd Advantage, and the rest of them to forget about the hassle they get with customs, fraud, etc. and concentrate on the domestic market alone. Luckily for our oversea's friends, the companies try their best to sell there too. Thanks guys!
