No product. As far as I know, porn is legal, because it's some kind of art form, and companies have to prove they intend to distribute the filmed work. But we all know sometimes they shoot a scene and we don't see it released. Or, in the best case, they do it after a year or more. Are there any regulations regarding this? Do the authorities care about this or watch this at all? [Link]

The performers did not pay each other to fuck each other. A third party paid people to have sex, which they chose to film, so it is an explicit performance in a private residence. But you can talk about Jane Doe being arrested for prostitution because she decided that the Bunny Ranch was limiting her freedom of expression.
