I agree that video will eventually tell. It could just be awkward posing. I also noticed the shots where she looks the most different she is not smiling. I thought her smile although far from perfect was very sweet. Still her face doesn't look as full to me.

this "old" pic doesn't show any particular difference in the shape of her lips compared to the "new" , maybe it's just the angle besides if she needed an adjustment ( she didn't) it would be her upper lip
I'm not a doctor but it seems to me the lips are shaped the same but if she doesn't open her mouth to show her teeth those would push her lips outwards
