Don't ask me why, but I find that it's often sexier when you see people having sex while still in their clothes (or in a state of getting undressed) rather than them being butt naked. Stockings are also very sexy.

Any movie suggestions?

Problem is that I think Underdressed is more of a montage type movie - pretty scenes of sexy women, and no dialogue.

The sexy women part is okay, but I was looking for something with more of a story.

Try Radley Metzger's (Henry Paris's) "Barbara Broadcast." Almost every scene (except the "bondage" scene lifted from "Misty Bethoven" outtakes) features all participants still dressed or half-dressed. A classic that's very sensually done!

If you can stand 70's porn, I'd also recommend The Opening of Misty Beethoven --it also has it's share of clothed people (usually naked from the waist down).
