Can't Stop The Music was only a hit in Australia and it flopped everywhere else

I remember seeing it and in the que were kids [10 and under from memory] dressed up as various VP's I wonder where and what they are now

Gus Van Sant is credited as executive producer but this is no where as good as My Own Private Idaho, but it's enjoyable.
Written and directed by Nickolas Perry, the plot centers on the infatuation and love of a young gay kid (Jordan Brower) for a straight innocent (Jesse Bradford) who on his travels gets landed in Vegas in the world of hustling. Other cast members include Daryl Hannah as a washed up showgirl,a "ditzy" streetwalker (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen), a savvy hooker (Patsy Kensit), and the big shot hustler (Home Improvement's Jonathan Taylor Thomas) oh my!
The film belongs to Jordan Brower, who steals the movie with a fine performance and your heart with some really touching moments. Otherwise this movie feels almost like an after school special on street kids. Had the story shown some more grittier moments like some of the johns they picked up it might have made stronger impact. Overall not bad and a worthwhile addition to your gay collection!
