I won't start the whole "You don't know why she's doing porn" discussion here as other threads already do that sufficiently BUT... maybe she just isn't into what she's doing at the moment of filming.
Maybe there's no chemistry with her partner and they simply don't like each other.
There could be drugs involved. Or maybe it's just a shitty day at work for her.
Or she just might be a pretty girl with a great body but not a very good actress, so she's just not able to fake it.
So many possible reasons, IMHO.
