Honestly, I doubt that I could even get a twitch out of "Mr Happy" in that situation.

If you're asking what I think you are, there are plenty of scenes where the guy doesn't seem to be able to get it up. sometimes it eventually comes up and sometimes it's almost completely flaccid throughout the scene. No specific titles or actors come to mind, presently (I don't really know the names of too many of the male stars. Just the ones that usually perform well).
