I got an email from [url=466390]www.vidxpress.com about their $13.88 sale on this brand, but I don't own any of the 80 titles offered. The brand seems to have a lot of Jim Holliday features (who is good), but how about the DVDs themselves? I'm thinking about the Kaylan Nicole series, and "Just Jill" which just came out. The only NuTech discs I have are porno Anime (hentai) - Venus 5 and Twin Angels. The disc quality is decent if you like the content. The only extras are a trailer reel and a little introduction to hentai. At $13.88 they are a deal for fans (sale price $21.95 at [url=466388]DivaDee</A), and I'm thinking of getting the LA Blue Girl discs since you pointed out the sale.

BTW, has anyone dealt with [url=466392]www.videxpress.com</A before or know the shipping rates? I can't find any mention of them, and didn't feel like registering to see if they showed up after checkout.

I've seen one NuTech anime title and a few classics. They pick great stuff to put on DVD -but the DVD did nothing to enhance the films. No extras, poor audio and video on the classics. As far as the anime you can't really screw up the graphics. I'm no technophile but it looked good to me.[Link] |

Personally, I consider NuTech to be the Madacy of the adult DVD world. Like Madacy, NuTech has some attractive titles in its library, but also like Madacy, the quality of their transfers stink.

I did go ahead and get one title so far, "Stripper Nurses". What a positive suprise! The DVD quality is excellent, and overall it's a slick offering-animated menus, a neat slide show, star bigraphies, and a bunch of trailers for their other recent offerings.
As far as the program-well, I'd call it top notch. Good cast...good sex, and typical Jim Holliday comedy-so dumb I couldn't help laughing (Nina Hartley as an administrative nurse teaching srtipping classes to the newbies; Ron Jeremy as a doctor with amnesia who thinks he's one of the nurses, running around in a nurses dress, etc).
It sounds like my apprehension about NuTech was warranted based on your responses. But I have a theory that they have "cleaned up their act" with these newer "platinum club" editions (purple Platinum Club stripe on the top, DTS sound and dolby surround sound logos on the front cover.)
I ordered Stripper Nurses by phone Wednesday from vidXpress and got it today. The person I talked to said the $13.88 sale (supposed to end Sunday) was going to continue at least 2 more weeks because of the big response.
Toolfan-shipping was $5.00-thats for any size order. I am going to grab 3 or 4 more online this time.

Wow, thanks image49! Maybe it's time for me to take another look at NuTech releases. Browsing the catalog, some really good titles immediately pop out:
* The Jail Babes Series: Pro-am series featuring women who have been in jail or prison for various offenses. You're not going to find very many gorgeous women here, but there's something strangely appealing about the premise of real girls gone bad.
* The Psychosexuals: One of Greg Dark's most recent and best films, featuring the beautiful Russian blonde Nikita and the multi-orgasmic Chloe (who appears to have a genuine series of big O's).
* Sensual Experience: Asia Carerra presented in Dolby 5.1 or DTS!
* Sex Freaks: Another Greg Dark film, starring one of my faves, Stephanie Swift.
* Takin' It to the Limit: The Director's Cut: Bruce Seven is known for his rather perverted mind , and this video is a showcase of his work. Heavy emphasis on rough, anal, and non-typical-porn type of sex.
One warning however: NuTech's The Dinner Party is NOT the acclaimed one, which was released by Ultimate Pictures. This one just happens to have the same name (Intentional? I don't know, but it was released a year after the Cameron Grant film was out)
That still leaves 7 pretty good buys at a pretty good price (although $5 shipping is a bit on the high side unless you order a lot of titles to spread out the cost).

Well, my comment was based on my past experience with NuTech. I didn't care for their transfers of the older titles and really hated their misleading "multiple angles" claim, since all they did was electronically mirror the video (so the picture was flipped to try to fool you into thinking you were seeing new footage).
But apparently they've turned over a new leaf recently. The last NuTech DVD I rented was The Psychosexuals and it was fine. But I would be generally weary of any of the titles that aren't in their new packaging--get a review of the disc first.

so there are two faces to NuTech huh. good to know.
i was basically comparing what NuTech did with Eruption and Debbie Does Dallas to what iCandy did with Insatiable. and there is no comparison.
