Whatever "turn on" there was, it must have been only in Rocco's mind. It's like the scenes in his later movies in which he begins a scene with one or a couple of actresses, then brings in about a dozen or so ugly looking guys (probably picked off the street) and makes them cum on the girl(s)' faces. It's an "hurl" factor, designed to turn most people off... He is creating "art" but nobody has recognized it just yet...
