Apologies for the low quality of the screencaps - it was a really old VHS. It was called "Menage-a-Trois" (a generic title, for sure)... the actors seem to have Texan or at least southern accents. Any idea who these performers are? I'd guess this was in the 80's or early 90's.
Nope, not that one - I think it may be a bit more recent than 1981 - and this only has one threesome scene. The first scene is just the lady on the right and the guy - he can't stay hard, so they hire an escort.
To me, the women on the left(top photo) looks like Krista Lane which would fit your timeline.

That's not Krista Lane. I can tell from not only her face but also from her breasts. Krista's pre- and post-surgery breasts did not look anything like that.
Do you have any more screencaps? Do you remember anything more about the other scenes, type of scenes, settings, actors, etc? Any details can help, even if they seem insignificant. Or anything about the cover?
The first scene was just the man and the woman with short hair - they had southern accents (not being an expert, I can't tell exactly from where - maybe texas?). The scene ended halfway, with the premise that the guy couldn't stay hard, with their routine not being enough for him. The next scene was them calling an escort, and then the threesome.
The setting was always bedroom, except when calling the escort (living room)
Ok, so this is not a full movie, but rather one scene/loop in two parts? That's important information, one step forward, no point in searching for full movies then. And the bedroom interior pics makes it easier to sort out among similar scenes. You don't remember anything about the VHS cover?
I don't remember much, unfortunately. The cover, I think, was actually much like one of these stills. There were a bunch of ads before and after the short movie, but I can't remember what they were, unfortunately.
