Buy the Omazing Vibrating Cock Ring - you will not be disappointed. It's $7 plus $7 shipping in the US. There's a disposable version for $4 as well. I haven't tried that one. The vibrator isn't super strong. The whole thing is comfortable from both points of view. The noise is distracting for 30 seconds. Then you won't care. I don't know how durable it is. We've only used it once so far. Box says battery only lasts 40 minutes.
I'll write a review for sextoytalk soon (having some tech issues with the manager.)
I will actually be doing a toy review on this one(!), and if I can talk her into it, I hope to see a mrs. knight toy review on it as well. We tried the $4 disposable one (which also comes with a free condom) the other night and both REALLY enjoyed the results. It might be the best $4 you ever spend...

We tried the original one a couple nights ago. Mrs. Knight and I both think we preferred the $4 disposable one to the $7 multi-use one. I think the vibrations were a little stronger with the disposable one and it might have been slightly more comfortable.

That does look kinda fun. Drawing that one in with Bob's question, the thing that made the Omazing different for us was the size of the vibrating egg. The others I've seen and that we've played with had a huge egg that was roughly the size of my thumb to the first knuckle, and they were clunky as can be. The Omazing had a much smaller one that was about the size of my pinky finger to the first knuckle but didn't seem to lose any of the vibrational power. We found the Omazing worked much nicer and was easier to position because it didn't have its own weight pulling it where it wanted to go rather than where we wanted it and it was small enough to "get in there" where Mrs. Knight wanted it rather than riding on top like larger eggs did.
The ring itself also seemed more confortable as it wasn't quite as rigid or thick as the similar products we've played with. The disposable version has a very thin ring, and I think we were both surprised that it didn't break when we were playing with it. That said, it is a disposable product and since it lasted well through our "test" we were both very happy.

we have never used a different one. most look too complicated or they are rigid (definitely not one size fits all.) this is the only one that either of us wanted to try (not that we've looked extensively.)
eg i probably wouldn't try the one twizted posted - too much stuff in the way. you can still get very close with the omazing ring on.
Cool. Thanks for the suggestion. I wish adultdvdempire.com would stock the Omazing Vibrating Cock Ring. I enjoy ordering from ADE due to their free shipping and 15% kickbacks however sometimes they drive me up the wall in that they are very slow to add the "latest and greatest" sex toys. I am tired of suggesting new products which are never added to their line.
Here is a link that I found for a "free" sample of the Omazing disposable model. It is free however they charge $3.95 shipping and handling.
