One was the actual coaxing -- that's probably not a great word, but "extraction" sounds more like a surgical procedure -- from the cock. You just don't see that in many scenes. The other was the guy going all wobbly and weak-kneed. Again, you don't frequently see such signs of obvious male pleasure during and after the orgasm.
