We're after some variation with perhaps a single scene in which there's some fisting done in a non abusive way, that would be a real turn on. I was reading up on Petra Joy and I think we'd both enjoy her movies, I read somewhere she has filmed fisting scenes and my guess is her films would deal with it in a much more tasteful sensual way.
