This might seem a little odd but I thought about getting into the porn business. Question I want to ask is I have one testicle due to football injury. How would you think the public would react to this?

It's barely noticable for most guys because for many of us, the scrotum gets smaller and the testes get pulled up into the body. And most hetero porn watching is done by hetero males, and we generally don't pay that much attention to another guys' sack. If the girls are hot, we will overlook it. Even if the girls aren't hot, we will probably still overlook it.
By the way, Hitler and Lance Armstrong only had/have one testicle.
