I signed on to 2 different sites: Adult Friend Finder and Matchmaker. Adult Friend Finder is a piece of shit bullshit site which is mostly a scam. The message system does not work 95% of the time which means you cannot even contact other members. In addition to that, ever since I signed on, I get tons of emails from women who want to "show me their pics" and guess what, suprise, it's a pay site!!! So scratch this website off your list. Matchmaker however is a totally different story! This site is fantastic! I have met several great women and had sex with 3 of them already (could have been more if I wasn't so picky), one which I am still seeing on a fairly regular basis - NO BULLSHIT. And this is only after 1 month on the site!!!! The site is fun, fast, and has an accurate message system which works! And it's also broken down by community so you meet local people! I told them a bit about myself and why I was contacting them, like what I found interesting in their profiles. so for m $50 bucks and three months of access. One lady emailed me back and we have nothing in common really to talk about. And what's disapointing is when you see you match like 15-20 things on their list and they won't talk to you. They'll post great looking ads for you to reply to. Once you start communicating with them, they try to get you to visit porn sites. You can usually spot these scam emails because they seem too general and not personal. I usually try to ask them more personal questions like their favorite movie to weed out the scam artists. And when I know I received a scam email, I send it to the site owners. One dumb scam-person posted two different ads on Match.com with different pictures. I just happened to write both. When I received a reply, the emails were exactly the same and came from the same freakin email. One thing I like about using online personals is that it allows you to weed out people you don't want.
