I don't believe that this technique will be much of a blow to the porn industry, I think most of us 'die-hard' fans will still continue to purchase and view our favorite stars.
Although, being an author, my writer's mind does tend to wonder when I think about how this may be possible... Imagine if you could purchase such a suit and have sex online (virtually, of course), with your favorite porn star - you could do whatever you wished to him/her (as the case may be!)...
That's a scary thought - especially when you combine it with something like youtube! And then people would probably start firing up their own websites where they make punters pay to fuck a selection of girls.
THAT could be a blow to the industry, yes...
