Check out Clear Ecstasy's What's New web page. Scroll down a little, and you'll see the pic in question, which is identified as the Janine who's #11 on AVN's "top porn stars of all time" list. Follow the link and there's Janine again. To my eyes, they appear to be the same person, and I don't think she looks bad in the candid trade show pic.

Incidentally, it appears that photo was taken at Internext, which was the adult Internet and audiotext trade show that took place January 6–8 in Vegas (right before the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, which was January 9–12).

Now Ron and Jenna are easy to identify, Jenna had a 20 minute wait and Ron is, well, Ron (his booth was fairly crowded as well). Hover over their photos on the site for the actual comments on the Piece in the alt text.

Now this Janine thing is troubling me. We are new to this Biz (just over 1 year), and we made a piece for the event (The X-Calibre) that would be a special piece of commemorative memorabilia to be auctioned off to a fan. We have many more photos of unidentified beauties with the piece, and some others we can identify based on:
1) Other photos
2) Name Badges
3) Waiting lines to get the photo
4) Publicity materials from the event

With so many lovely ladies in various states of undress, it was very hard to accuratly identify the ladies (since I wasn't smart enough to write down names or figure another identification method out before hand).

I, like every red blooded guy (and some gals), love porn stars and indeed felt like the kid in the candy store, but I must admit that I am not a mark for the business or a serious collector myself, so I was easily overwhelmed by the event and didn't take the steps to identify all the girls who were good enough to pose with our treasure. I was also trying to keep focused on the business at hand (which is our glass toys), which is easier said than done considering what was going down at the time all around me.

The photo of Janine was in our unidentified file until I was adding the link to the AVN top 50 list (for Ron and Jenna being #1 and #2 respectively).

Clicking to the next page of the top 50 list to see if we can identify some others, we were greeted with the Janine photo (#11) from AVN someone else has posted in this thread already. Those two photos look exactly like the same girl, so we figured we were on to something. Other photos we found of Janine didn't look the same, but AVN seemed like the best source (along with a friend who swore she was a Vivid girl in our early attempts at identification).

Even though her badge is tilted and a little obscured, it indeed appears to be a one word name. (Any graphix experts are welcomed to try to decipher the badge if the have the time or interest. We, of course, want to be sure of any identification).

So based on the AVN photo and the badge, we deduced it was Janine. If it is not, I want to fix it, however the pic from AVNs top 50 and our photo seem to indeed be the same lady. If anyone can have Janine confirm or deny it, we would love to know for sure (we thought we knew for sure but this thread has now made us second guess our detective work.)

Anyway, thanks for the publicity, we didn't mean to start a controversy of any kind. Contact us at the site if you have any further information. And if anyone is really good at identifying porn stars, we have another 30 or so photos that we need to identify (we will post them shortly just before the auction). We will hook anyone helping us CORRECTLY identify them with a 25% discount on glass (X-Calibre excluded, as it is a special piece for fans with a very rich history).

Now, as far as a comparison between the pics, I compared eyes, eyebrows, jawline, cheeks, chin, head shape, nose, mouth, smile lines, and to a lesser extent, hair. With YogaGrrls side by sides, as far as I can tell, all those points matched (except the hair in both pics, and the eyebrows on the right pic). To my eyes, the AVN pic and the one on the left are near perfect matches to our pic, so I guess unless someone can offer compelling evidence to the contrary, I personally believe it was Janine.

Regarding the photo quality and lighting, I apologize as we are not photographers ourselves, and photos seem to give us many headaches (We are presently looking for a staff photographer near Palm Springs California for products and content.) I personally think she looks good in our pic (and in person), and I prefer normal dress, less makeup and candid shots much more then overproduced glamour shots as well.

I don't want to seem like we are spamming, but I did want to offer readers on this board a 15% discount until the end of January to thank you for spreading the word and helping to identify the Mystery Porn Star. A surprising note from the event is that just because the girls are hot, sexy, and at a porn convention, they are not necessarily porn stars. A few pix we got are from girls who stated they didn't do content (and weren't particularly interested), but were certainly welcomed into our collection.

This beauty is a great example of such a girl, (she doesn't do porn). The sad part is that she DID tell me her name and even some of her resume (she says she's done playboy), and I am normally a very quick talker and thinker, but she ran circles around me (too many parties, too little sleep, too much flesh on my brain, why didn't anyone tell me that this much fun could impair ones thinking and short term memory?)

Very nice girl, intelligent and playful, and very much IN SHAPE, but I don't have her name. Anyone have a clue on the identity of this non-porn beauty?
