You also hoodwinked a dumbed-down public on the brink of Armageddon with a sick, twisted, lopsided "expose" that shamelessly and brazenly exploited a sad, insecure, and obsessively people-pleasing 18-year old girl--and pulled off a ratings coup at the same time.
Oh, what a consummate media slut, excuse me, distinguished journalist you are, Diane. You proved it to the whole world. As you contemplate your next kajillion-dollar check from that last bastion of unbiased news reporting ABC, let's assess some of the carnage you left behind in the porn community in the wake of your Nobel Prize worthy contribution to a sad and dying planet...
In closing, Diane, I would like to remind you of something you already know, but intentionally failed to mention on your show Thursday night. Belladonna, that vulnerable 18-year old "kid" as you called her, has blossomed into a strong, radiant, self-confident 21-year old woman at the top of her game. Aside from her AVN award for Best Supporting Actress (Film) for the movie The Fashionistas, Belladonna is currently directing her own highly successful girl-girl line for Sineplex. And as you also already know, Diane, Belladonna is back with Nacho Vidal and they plan to be married soon.
Furthermore, Diane, you knew all along that PAW (Protecting Adult Welfare) gives out a truly excellent, professionally-produced "intro to porn" type video to virtually all of the new performers who enter the adult movie business.
Yes, you did score some valid points, Diane. The adult industry really does need to make some improvements. But as a whole, the adult industry is not quite the predatory and heartless business that you would so desperately like everyone to think--and you know it . Just as was done in The Matrix, you have managed to pull the wool over a gullible public's eyes. How you can look yourself in the mirror or sleep at night, in light of what you did, is completely beyond my comprehension.

Hi, is there really anybody who reads this site surprised by the tone of the Primetime Live segment? Since when has porn been anything other than the mainstream media's whipping post? I'm sure Belladonna's comments were chopped up and taken out of context but lets lay some blame at her feet for letting ABC News follow her around. What ABC News & Diane Sawyer did was expected, which does not make it right but what surprises me is that someone thought giving them the chance was a good idea. I woudn't blame Belladonna for letting ABC follow her around. Who in her position could pass up such a chance for exposure ... even though it was compromised? I don't think any permanent damage has been done. At least, some interesting discussions have come out of it, and I'm sure sales and rentals of Belladonna movies are jumping (though I bet she doesn't see any of that action, it immediately ups her profile and builds a good platform for her own all-girl series, right?)
Basically, most of America will probably forget all about it until the next porn expose comes around. At least, it wasn't "60 Minutes," it was amazingly fluffy TV journalism, and though there are some hurt feelings out there -- obviously -- I think it will blow over pretty quickly. Hell, is there NOT a reality TV show in the works about the life of Seymore Butts?

Clarence, chill, dude, it was just rhetoric. I was using the same type of tactics as Diane Sawyer, only with spicier language, to make a point. I guess it went over your head. BTW, Clarence, my letter was also intended as black comedy. I was laughing the whole time that I wrote it.
Note: If you take the free tour at her website and pay close attention, you'll see that they spell her name Bella Donna and not Belladonna, which is what I originally thought.
