The box is there but not the tape. If customs have confiscated should they tell me? The package was from Excalibur. Anybody else had similar. Any ideas?  [Link] |

As it's from Excalibur I don't think they sell anything which will lead to it being confiscated. I would get onto the Royal Mail straight away and say that your package had been opened and some of your property is missing. Royal Mail do take theft seriously.  [Link] |
