I have tried to order this tastefully titled work of art (for reasons to do with Chloe and Sabrina Johnson being in it) a number of times over the last couple of days, but no luck. The first couple of times it didn't register in my shopping basket. The Excalibur site's software, however, would have happily let me order one copy of nothing, and charged the standard shipping rate for it. Finally the transaction went through. However, I got an email from them titled "Title not found". I give up. [Link] |

I know about the cookies, and as I said, the system has worked before. This is the first time their system has acted up this way. (Although it seems to co-operate only with MS Internet Explorer.) I'll probably try again after a while to see if they have fixed the bug, whatever it is. I believe their stock number for this title is mixed up somehow. **Addition: It seems the order made it after all to the system, and the DVD is on back order, so I'll just have to sit back and wait :-) [This message has been edited by Reason (edited September 22, 2000).] [Link] |

However, everything was not perfect: Excalibur overcharged me for the movie by $6. More accurately, they seem to have raised the price at some point after my order, and charged me according to the new price. This is somewhat annoying. [Link] |

My previous order, also a major title, got almost same treatment: more than fortnight from placing the order and getting it shipped. I also was overcharged w/september order. Only for $1.50, but that´s money too. My last complaints go to packaging. When sending adult material to Scandinavia you have to to understand that you are dealing with a different culture.Goverments´ main intrest is, and will be, in taxing not banning nudity. When you put an "educational films" brochure in the envelope -instead of real invoice- the material might get seized until customer gets proper documentation from creditcard company to prove the exact value of the shipment. After this rant I still want to put my thumbs up to shipping method of you´re choise. Global Priority Mail has proven to be very fast, beating others by a week or two being actually as fast as an expensive courier mail.
